Engineers at the Mercedes-Benz tuning specialist Kleemann create engine upgrades based on a very simple philosophy; Obtain the best possible engine performance from a simple and price worthy upgrade without discarding the OE reliability and driveability. Now there are new power upgrades available for the Mercedes 63 AMG models powered by the naturally aspirated 6.2-litre V8 M156 engine.
If you want to keep your car naturally aspirated, you can still improve performance with the ECU upgrade, set of long-tube exhaust manifolds or large throttle system and a set of hi-flow air filters. With these the engine output can be upgraded to 590 hp and 730 Nm. If you want even more power, there is also a Kleemann supercharger kit available. With a supercharger and a set of long-tube exhaust headers, the kit provides up to 715 hp and 910 nm. The supercharger system is available now for all 63 AMG cars with the M156 engine at 12995,00 eur + VAT and installation.
