ABT AS4 is based on the Audi A4. For the as AS4 model, ABT Sportsline has developed body parts that underscore the Audi A4′s character and make it even more dynamic. The front air dam is fully in line with the striking lights of the AS4, almost pressing the car down onto the road. This sporty approach is continued by the ABT Sportsline designers in the side sills and wing inserts. Aerofoils, rear apron inserts and the two two-pipe exhaust systems finalize the car’s design. For the AS4, there are two ABT alloy wheels available, the CR Silverlight and DR.
To improve the performance, ABT increases the top model’s V6 petrol engine from 333 horsepower to 435 horsepower. This petrol V6 needs only 4.8 seconds to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h. The top speed is 282 km/h. The four-cylinder 2.0-litre TFSI engine gets an power upgrade from 211 hp to 275 hp. The 3.0 V6 TDI diesel engine is also tuned. Instead of the standard 245 hp and 500 Nm, the ABT version produces 282 hp and 560 Nm of torque.
